TEN Healthcare will bill your insurer directly for TEN Healthcare services. Your insurer will then send an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement that shows how your claim for the test was processed. The EOB is not a bill. However, depending on your type of plan coverage, your insurer may not cover all expenses. If that is the case, TEN Healthcare will bill you for any remaining charges, including co-insurance, co-payments or deductible.
